After a quick sear on the stove, we’ll finish it in the oven to cook through completely. TIP: Don’t skip the searing step! It’s what gets us that beautiful crust. I like to use coconut oil for searing it, but you could also use avocado oil or another neutral-flavored oil. This is what gives maple syrup glazed salmon incredible flavor. Simply stir together some mustard and maple syrup, and brush over the salmon.
